I am planning a Tea Party for August, but I need your help. I need someone who can get me to the new location with everything, I also need people to call in during our FreeConferenceCalls. HR 1586: Tax 90% Of Bonuses To Become Hidden Healthcare Bill

This is true, at least to the best of my research. I have linked to two articles that are covering this issue. One is on the Right, one is on the Left.

Sen. Reid is going to try to slip this healthcare insurance - with all of its taxes, fines, jail for not 'going along', etc. - boondoggle into the House Bill to get it past the American people. He will do this by amending HR 1586 (90% tax on bonuses) and sending it back to the House. If they decide to go along with this, they can avoid having to go to conference.

Hoyer stated that he may pass it without amending it which will allow them to not go to conference. By doing it this way, they can ramrod it through without needing anymore discussion and avoid the Fillibusters in the Senate. It will only need a simple vote. Does anyone remember when the Republicans even whispered the words, 'Nuclear Option'? Yes, they were jumped on by everyone practically. Where is the noise?

I guess that's all we need to know to understand what is happening to our country which these brave men and women are putting it all on the line for so that we may remain free. What are willing to do to make sure that when they do come home, they come home to a free country? Even the Lefties get it. Slate:

You Can Still Help!

Tomorrow there will be thousands of Californians landing on the state Capitol due to many issues, some of them include AB 32, AB 118, water, taxes, etc. But many who like to come are unforunately unable to join us. You can still help.

How? By calling, e-mailing, and faxing. AB 32 was passed 3 years ago in order to stop the spread of greenhouse gases. (The poor trees will die because of this stupidity.) It is running businesses out of California, and many more people are finding themselves unemployed. We shall be discussing these issues at the rally.

I have a list of people who voted for AB 32 three years ago. Please call them and let them know they have a second chance to make things right by voting for AB 118.

Keep calling everyday. Call other states. Make sure your voice is heard, because everyone else sure is doing so. Even the illegal aliens are included in this horrific bill! Yet people who waited who waited to come to this country the proper way are not included. As a matter of fact, I've heard they are excluded. That is outrageous. Keep up the good work Patriots! Long Beach Patriots Has Arrived

Welcome to the new site, Long Beach Patriots. After 3 Tea Parties, I thought it was about time I set up a site exclusively for this effort to take our country back. What I mean by that is to make sure our elected officials finally heard our point of view. They have been running rough-shod all over us, and we do not like it! Not one bit.

I will be posting some of the information I receive right here. That includes e-mails, as long as I have permission. We can do this. We can save our healthcare and bring our taxes back to a reasonable amount. We can create jobs along with the consent of our elected officials. There is so much we can do, so much we need to do.

I am tired of sitting on my rear and waiting for the end of the world...well...not exactly, but I just cannot remain silent any longer. The silent majority has awaken, and Congress is very afraid. GOOD. That is the way it is supposed to be, especially when they know we are paying attention.

If you would like to write here, you must have attended one of the 3 Tea Parties I have held. That's so I know who you are. If you some information that you feel is important, you may always e-mail me. I will look it over and decide whether or not to post it.

Many people have already asked me to post articles for them. I have had to tell them no at times. Why? I'm only one person! That is why I am asking for help.

My next post will be to give you the names and numbers for the Congresscritters we need to call. If they are in your district, please go to their townhall meetings. Maybe you could let you friends and neighbors know so you could have a Tea Party yourself! It is fun, no matter if there's only a few people there. Take your time. It will grow.
