Stop Spending Our Money!
For a whole year now (Feb 27, 2009 will mark the anniversary), the White House, the Congress, and Senate have refused to acknowledge our voices.
WE SHALL BE HEARD on Saturday, February 20, 2010. Time is 2pm-4pm. Place is below.
[I had to remove the map because it was causing technical problems.]
What you are seeing is the stage that many people mistook for a building. It is located at 116 Junipero Ave. Walk around that building and you'll see the stage. If we are not there at that time, we've marched over to Ocean Blvd. We shall return. You can wait or join us at on the Blvd.
Bring your flags, folding chairs, posters, munchies if you want them, music and any other suggestions. This time there will be an amatuer videographer (me) there, so dress like you mean it.
It begins at 2pm-4pm and is on a Saturday at Bixby Park (btwn Broadway and Ocean Blvd, and btwn Junipero and Cherry). This time, we will be moving toward Ocean Blvd so we can be seen. Our voices shall be heard. If not by the govt, by the people.
After all, we the people are the government! I need help carrying some things, so get in touch with me through Long Beach Patriots please. See ya there!

Leadership Institute Training Weekend
There has been a change in plans. The Long Beach Patriots have been invited to the Leadership Institute Training Weekend starting on February 27, 2010. As you can see, that is the same day I was planning the Tea Party. We could have the Tea Party the next week if you would like. I know I'm itching for a Tea Party! Did you hear about this Federal Budget??? Oi vey!

WHO: To be held by the Heritage Foundation
WHAT: Leaders Institute Training Weekend
WHEN: Sat Feb 27, 2010 and Sun Feb 28, 2010 (I forgot to get the time. I will.)
WHERE: CSU/LB (California State University at Long Beach)
WHY: To train Conservatives to be successful and possibly run for office.
HOW MUCH: $30 for the WHOLE weekend.
Coming from more than an hour away? They will get the hotel room for you! Please RSVP so I can let her know for how many people to prepare.
Emily was enthused when she found out there is more than a few of you. You are all invited. Hope to hear from you SOON. (Today is the 3rd of Feb) Have a great day.

Time Sensitive Tea Party Survey
I was reading some comments over at Smart Girl Politics - California when I found this tidbit. It is a time sensitive survey. There is one question. Here are the choices.

A. I'm a supporter, it's a healthy change for the GOP.
B. I'm conservative, but I'm a centrist, and this doesn't help the party.
C. I want nothing to do with it.
D. Wasn't the Tea Party hundreds of years ago?
